Flotsam and Jetsam

The time has come, gentle readers, to provide (you might want to sit down for this) actual news. I know, it’s astonishing. I myself was surprised.

Just don’t get used to it.

However, given my propensity for long-windedness, I’m breaking the updates into little relatively tiny posts. That way you can read whichever things you actually want to read and ignore the rest.

Enjoy. (Or don’t enjoy. Whatever makes you happy.)

  1. Time for a random display of useless "manly" knowledge. Flotsam is material carried away from the ship unintentionally (like floated away). Jetsom is material that was jettisoned to make the ship lighter to make it through a tricky bit (storm, leaks, pirates, shallow water).
