You know how chunks of gooey brownies always stick to your knife when you’re trying to cut them? And instead of nice, neat lines, you end up with gobs of mutilated brownie? Delicious to snitch, yes, but not conducive to sharing or having pretty, presentable pieces (alliterative, yes?).
Well, I was let in on the secret last night: Cut them with a plastic knife. They don’t stick.
Who knew!! It's the little things in life.... oh yes, and completely life altering, I may just have to make some brownies to test this secret out for myself :>
